How does thread date have to do with your statement? You said yourself that that you had difficulty dodging at 0.1s delay. If you want an updated statement then edit your OP.

Btw, for the above posters about ping >1000 ms. If you really are playing at above 1000 ms, everyone on your screen should not be moving smoothly, they would be stuttering tonnes and everything would be jittery as well and no you can't complete titan ex with that ping unless it's a carry. at 7000 ms, you should have lagged out.
