Are people seriously this ignorant? NCsoft is a publisher, which this might blow your mind, is not the same thing as a developer. That's like saying SE made Deus Ex: HR and the Tomb Raider reboot, when all they did was publish those games.ESO is garbage and will have to enter f2p purgatory after the 1st month. Wildstar looks interesting but since it's made by NC soft everyone knows it's subs will take a noise dive and EQN is Sony which is known for releasing MMO's full of game breaking bugs that never get addressed
I truly feel like if the game continued to grow in it's 1.x state with the new pretty map along with the new Archanist/Summoner/Scholar job... we would have a better game.
Never said anything like that. All I said was don’t misrepresent your own statements. And I make plenty of gil on the market you’re doing it wrong.
Never said any of this either. Just be honest and factual, that’s all I’m saying.
However, if all else fails in your arguments, throw around personal insults…lulz.
That’s right, the entire game is one big red circle….smh.
Post #71 did it right. Do it like that. I don’t agree with their sentiment, but it’s hard to fault them for being largely objective.
I've said this myself, and i've noticed a lot more people within the community I share say this as well. 1.0 was a bad game, but it was promising. The revisions they were doing gave it that onset of a better future, and it was becoming funner. ARR isn't giving me that vibe right now. It's just a bunch of old ideas that have been pushed in front of consumers for years on end. In my opinion ARR is a mediocre game that thinks it's good, when it's just average. What's to come doesn't look like it will change that status.
1.0 ---> Bright Future
ARR ---> Future in question
(my opinion)

I am not a 10 percenter. I currently do not have an FC, because I didn't want to commit to a static (cause I'm a casual and I am not about to commit to a gaming schedule).
I did not rush to end game.
Even so, I ran out of stuff, can get turn 4 (I'm not bothering with turn 5, since it most likely would require a static).. can cap myth and get my CT loot on Monday in an hour or so.
Please stop pretending you have to be some kind of uber gamer to max out. Oh sure, there are technically some things I could do- like harvesting. That's not fun to me and I am not interested, though- although I did try it. Not everyone wants to do everything... as a casual, I am certainly not going to force myself to do things that aren't fun- just so I can be playing a game that isn't providing me fun.
To those that say "Everything is fine, just leave" - fine... but that philosophy didn't work for 1.X very well, now did it?
Hardcores are probably already gone- the game is now stale for casuals that aren't completionists... the audience this appeals to seems to be shrinking, instead of growing.

This is another great example of how to properly word an argument. Well done.I've said this myself, and i've noticed a lot more people within the community I share say this as well. 1.0 was a bad game, but it was promising. Every suggestion that you have made have been propossed by other players in numerous threads. They have also never been acknowledged by SE. They only respond to ideas that fit their philosophy of the games future development. There needs to be a change in that philosophy before change can occur. Unfortunately I do not have any ideas on how to accomplish that./ snip
In the video I mention, I'd like to see the game throttled in a different way. Removing caps and lockouts and rather having chests not be 100% to increase the longevity of content. I also mention adding rare craft items that craft into stuff that match gear being rewarded.
How do you feel about these concepts? What other ideas do you have that would entertain us as we log in daily?
Added thought. I wonder if SE can truely embrace the MMO concept? It appears to me that they are still a stand alone console developer who are trying to fit those concepts into an MMO. Many of the things we are seeing now would be better suited to Lightning Returns then this.

None of this is relevant. this game in 5 months has released more content them some games in a year after release. The game is in vanilla state. though many of you may not understand what this means there are some who actually know when wow was unpopular and how it had zero endgame till its first expansion. or they remember when EQII had nothing but a single raid to do at endgame till their first expansion. they may even reflect on some F2P games that always had a slow progression. These cries between content updates that are only a couple months apart are getting boring. this game is going to be 6 months old with 2 major content updates. stop crying. post suggestions to fix in the proper sub forum, quit or play the game. or.... post something handy that is worth reading

and you will pretend that nothing happened or your post should have been interpreted differently? So what did you mean by your last post, enlighten me.
What's up with trampling around? Can't you answer?
What terribad games have you been playing? Whle I think it's more content here than most people let on in this game, every game I've played at release or not has had more content than this.
