There are MMO's, single player games, and every other form of media that caters to every sexuality, and every gender now. Going around demanding every game be the way YOU want it, is kind of silly to be honest with you. If that's the case, I want to see you spear-heading the movement for marriage and LGBT events in every single MMO that's currently being played.

You're right, it doesn't have to mirror every aspect of real life. Let's leave discrimination out of our games. I don't understand why anyone is so attached to discriminating against people. It adds nothing to the game.

Most companies don't discriminate on purpose, everyone makes mistakes. What matters is what happens when a customer says "this makes me feel unwelcome." That's when you know where the heart of the company lies.

But what I really can't understand is the other thing that happens after someone says "this makes me feel unwelcome." You have a group of people that get sooo mad, so angry, "how dare they, HOW DARE THEY?!" How dare they care about this thing I so vehemently don't care about. These people are threatened in some way by the idea that someone else might get some of that sweet sweet privilege, as if equality is a nonrenewable resource. There's enough to go around, ya'll. Butter makes everything better.
