You may not create a pvp video with any alterations to the sound.

It's THEIR content so they get to dictate how it can be used.

If you do, you will be banned from the forums.

A lie, Warrage doesn't seem to be banned from here at this time, but if he was so what, it's SE's forum they get to set and enforce the rules.

You will also have your Youtube account revoked

YT's policy of not allowing illegal use seems fine to me.
