This for sure. I usually get this dizzy feeling during heat waves in South* Than and this helps tons. Hopefully it will help you during your turn 4 issue.

Sorry to sound disrespectful to your condition ive just never seen a developer change their content to be less exciting for everyone because they were worried about 1 in 50 feeling a bit sick
plenty of games have flashing lights too but there are tons of people with epilepsy, generally they just play other games
The twintania fight hurts my over-sensitive eyes with all the glowing red puddles/conflags, theyre not gonna change it though..
not everything is made for everyone
I know other games have included options to turn off post-processing which can dramatically effect how things look. LOTRO for example, completely ruined the effect dread had on your character visually when post-processing was turned off, and dread was a major component of making some fights 'feel' epic.
However, it probably reacted badly with a small group of potential customers. So it's certainly possible to have options to disable certain graphical effects, all you'd need to do is stop the looping of background images (presumeably the same thing applies to Leviathan, havn't seen the background but anything more would be technologically difficult). I really hope you get an answer to this from a community rep on whether or not it can be taken into consideration with future content. Everything like this is rendered client side so it seems like including the option wouldn't dramatically increase production times for new areas.
Garuda hard mode was changed so tanks that were color blind could see which sister was "red" and which one is "green".Sorry to sound disrespectful to your condition ive just never seen a developer change their content to be less exciting for everyone because they were worried about 1 in 50 feeling a bit sick

I didn't ask for them to change current content, but to keep in mind motion sickness for future story missions. Can you imaging if the next story mission you encountered was 55 minutes of bright flashing which would induce your epolipsy? How would you feel if you were forced to not progress in story from then on because you couldn't finish that dungeon?

One thing you can do to shift the focus from a view view to a narrower one would be to use CTRL+Up Arrow / Down Arrow to move the center of focus of the camera. Instead of being centered on an overhead view from the shoulders, you can focus it more toward your character's model and the floor. I think I read somewhere that was put in to balance the different camera angles due to varying model heights. Try that out, with the other suggestions!
For those suggesting camera angles and such, I have tried every different view angle possible, but as a tank for turn 4, I have to grab the knight, soldier, dreadnought where they fall which is up against the arena walls. There isn't a view aspect where I don't see the background moving. Luckily, like Coils isn't a story mission, so I don't mind so much.

I actually support some changes to the game to accommodate this condition. I was just offering some tips to maybe help in the meantime. That said, I do suffer some mild disorientation from time to time. Not during elevator fights, but when I have sudden drops in elevation; like when I'm doing my Amalj'aa dailies and decide to take a shortcut. I've been that way for years, and I just never learn to avoid cliffs!
That said, I found an interesting Reddit article talking about how changing the Field of Vision might help. The last comment had a screenshot with some directions for a recommended change. Maybe that could help?

Adding an option isn't changing the game for everyone. Everyone else still can have chocolate cake if they bring in a small strawberry cake for people who are allergic to chocolate.Sorry to sound disrespectful to your condition ive just never seen a developer change their content to be less exciting for everyone because they were worried about 1 in 50 feeling a bit sick

Saw this and it felt relevant ...slightly.
