Has anyone actually gotten a potion restored via the one time restoration policy? I've had an open ticket since dec 20. I've asked 3 times what the hold up is and each time I received a reply saying they have received numerous requests and they need to investigate each one. Also to wait for a GM to contact me.
Over 20 days now! I think this is a bit ridiculous on there part....to keep stringing me, and probably others, along like this.

It's probably just become more well known and the service has slowed down because of all the requests being put in.
You'd think they would make the vials available by another way due to all the item restore requests..
Well, this solution makes too much sense. It wouldnt involve making their customers irritated or unhappy, or making them wait ridiculous amounts of time, so therefore they wouldnt do it just because everyone wants their fantasia back. Lol.

I hate to keep bringing this up, but I've been waiting one month and 2 days now... It doesn't seem to matter how many times or what you ask them, you get the same canned response from the GM/Support team every time. It is utterly ridiculous that I am to believe that things are so backed up that they have not successfully investigated and fulfilled my fantasia restoration in 33 days. Something's going on with your case, I put in a request on January 4th and received my fantasia in the mail today.I hate to keep bringing this up, but I've been waiting one month and 2 days now...
