My custom top 5

1. Increased SP gain while in a party of 2 or more.
2. Mail system with at least 6 slots
3. Extension of Surplus so we don't hit fatigue so fast.
4. More/Better story content with Boss battles.
5. More areas to explore, quest and hunt in.

to your number 3 supposedly that is going to be removed at some point. it's like everything else though it's a unknown future date so don't expect it soon. i'd love to see it though.
