* The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
* Design ideas:
Red Mage - COMPLETE (https://tinyurl.com/y6tsbnjh), Chemist - Second Pass (https://tinyurl.com/ssuog88), Thief - First Pass (https://tinyurl.com/vdjpkoa), Rune Fencer - First Pass (https://tinyurl.com/y3fomdp2)

14) Linkshell Administration (kicks, adds, LS retainers, LS skills, LS customizable Icons..)
Definitely need the kick/invite/promote/demote abilities for offline/out of range people and the /l1, /l2, etc. chat commands. The rest is fluff.
17) Fix Party leveling (Enmity, skillchains, kill chains, battle regimen allow to continue fighting)
20) Balance party combats (longer combats with more sp reward)
The battle changes are priority for SE, and also priority for me as I only play DoW.
25) Fix disconnects problems (no kick from partys, no losing guildleves or factions..)
This is a rediculous problem that should have been fixed in beta.
23) Allow crafters to destroy items to recover materials
I don't do any crafting, however I would like to see this implemented sooner rather than later as the amount of gear in the game that is completely useless is overwhelming. It'd also help crafters rank up by creating one item, destroying it, and re-using the recovered mats as part of something else. Even if they're just salvaged into crystals/shards it'd be better than NPCing old gear. It wouldn't benefit me at all, but I feel this change would benefit the game ecomony.

How about #31: Fun.
The game needs to be fun. I don't need to play armchair designer for it, SE has made plenty of fun games. There are plenty of fun games being made or recently released.
If the game isn't fun... then it isn't really a game, is it?
Idiot wind, blowing through the buttons of our coats
Blowing through the letters that we wrote
Idiot wind, blowing through the dust upon our shelves
We’re idiots, babe
It’s a wonder we can even feed ourselves

17.
That is all. If there was a proper party levelling dynamic I would be happy.
This would be my top 5:
1) More Field maps
This one is obvious, there are far too few distinct-looking areas.
10) More lvl50 content
I'd like to see the game stick at rank 50 for a while because we've had nothing to do but grind for the past 8 months and we could use a break at 50 with some actual content for a while before they raise the cap on us.
17) Fix Party leveling (Enmity, skillchains, kill chains, battle regimen allow to continue fighting)
This would go a long way to getting people out of "the same boring leves" and into having more fun (especially if the kill chains significantly improve SP for effective party play).
20) Balance party combats (longer combats with more sp reward)
This goes hand-in-hand with the one above, but it's completely ridiculous that we cap off at enemies 10 ranks higher than we are when those enemies are completely trivial to kill. They need to either make enemies harder and increase the SP or increase the max rank of enemy we benefit from fighting.
27) Random events (Beastmen’s partys routing to fight, dungeon coffers..)
This would help in at least giving people a reason to go out and about. Right now there's little point in going most places in the world more than once just to see what's there.
3) More NMs
5) More Armors and weapons
17) Fix Party leveling (Enmity, skillchains, kill chains, battle regimen allow to continue fighting)
20) Balance party combats (longer combats with more sp reward)
24) Change Markets to don’t need to move inside to get your items

1) Linkshell Management Options*** right now we may as well not have any at all, the location restriction renders them functionally useless
2) Instanced content (dungeons will work for me)
3) Content that requires groups larger than 8
4) quests for more bag space
5) more travel options

My 5 are:
1. More dungeon maps (They should put in a really tall tower type dungeon [ i.e. Tower of Babel ]
2. Fix the DC issues.
3. More field maps
4. Improve mob spawns/locations
5. More quests, as in WAAAY more.
From your list:
Chat Channels
More level 50 content
Balance number of Disciples of War and Disciples of Magic
Change markets
Dye armors
The biggest ones for me are improvements to the markets (AH please><), and balancing the number of DoW and DoM. Two magic classes just doesn't feel like enough to me. They could fix it by giving each DoM more jobs than each DoW, or just by adding another DoM class (Arcanist?). The others would be very nice, but I wouldn't sweat them much.

4) SP rewards on Quests.
14) Linkshell Administration (kicks, adds, LS retainers, LS skills, LS customizable Icons..)
10) More lvl50 content
17) Fix Party leveling (Enmity, skillchains, kill chains, battle regimen allow to continue fighting)
21) Add Special monsters (not NM) like “Elites” in other games.
