kinda the point of playing a multiplayer game is to have competition, guess they should stop PVP and delete, stop need.greed system because someones feeling will get hurt if they lose.
dungeons sure dont stop the harassment or stop competition because once someone makes a mistake the flaming starts.
the open world as of now is empty theres only a small patch of mobs in different sections of the map and half the map is useless only has gather nodes.
kill off gil too since people compete in the market boards.

We have box fighting inside set instances, you say PvP and I say whack a mole.kinda the point of playing a multiplayer game is to have competition, guess they should stop PVP and delete, stop need.greed system because someones feeling will get hurt if they lose.

I would love ve competitive gameplay ie. Open world content however the gaming market does not allow to such a game without raking a chance on losing subs over hurt feelinga

Maybe in a PvP focused game. PvE games are built for people to work together, not against each other. The days of EQ and FFXI are done. Models like WoW and FFXIV are what people want out of a mainstream MMO. I'm sure there's other niche titles out there or PvP games if you want to compete against other people.
Your posts recently just seethe negativity. Why are you still playing this game again?

Maybe I was out of the loop, but even WoW had competition... in PVP (Arena, BGs) and PVE (world firsts, and world boss kills when they were around, and the general quest to have the coolest and rarest gear from everyone else). Also, please... FFXI was the anti-thesis of "working against each other". You were forced to "work together", or you would not pass level 10 and be stuck in Ronfaure/Gustaberg/Sarutabaruta.Maybe in a PvP focused game. What game are you playing, that has everyone holding each others hand and helping them through the game?Maybe in a PvP focused game. How is open world content any different from instanced when it comes to harassment?
We got parties that vote kick someone to get drop for their members, people that kick if you're learning or not as good, trolls that enter instances to wipe party purposely, etc. Keep lying to yourself that open world would somehow be worse or as bad as instance for that matter.
