Ex. Garuda- spiny plume fixing

Greetings. Why developers made spiny plume with agro, so only tanks can take it? Even DPS can not take spiny plume after 1-2 hits- agro is high. EX.Garuda is a great trial for tanks- to take clones, to take spiny plume. But almost impossible to find 2 good tanks without lags and knowing their class- warrior or paladin. Great amount of other players suffer because of tanks. Their role is absolute important here.

So, the Idea- to make spiny plume with ALWAYS ZERO AGRO, so it can be taken by any DPS using just one hit. spiny plume must not react on healing like on agro. Thank you
