The problem with allowing Turn 2 Rage strat

Please correct me if I'm wrong here too but doesn't turn 2 only drop the fending ring that tanks should even care about?

Allagan Ring of Fending (BIS)
Allagan Earrings of Fending (BIS)
Allagan Plate Belt (BIS)
Heavy Allagan Cuisses (Legs, Not BIS unless you're going for a DPS setup)
