They aren't going to buff SMN DPS when they just finished nerfing us. We're still top DPS in all the ST end-game content and are near the top of the list on AoE encounters.

I get it, long CD, level 50 skill, should do rediculous damage, right? Well, if this was a single player game, sure. But in a world where we already out-DPS everyone else by 10-20%, how can you possibly justify buffing us?

Blizzard II is AoE filler, i.e. what you do when you've already put out Miasma 2, Shadow Flare and Bane'd your DoTs to everything.
