You said you liked pro-active healing more anyway. Sch seems more up your ally to begin with. Its your personal preference not necessarily one class being better over another. You bring up several points on how SCH is clearly the better class than whm, but when you get down to it - you enjoy pro-active rather than reactive and SCH is a pro-active class.

Yes, and with the fairy changes i'm really hoping i'll enjoy sch. The only reason i say the sch is borderline better in the first place is certain fights require proactive healing regardless of class. And the sch toolkit is better suited to handle that.

Yeah the first thing i thought of while trying to figure out sch was how to manage my pet... my dumb fairy was out of control. she ran up and tried to attack ifrit as soon as i zoned into bowl of embers. we've had a rocky relationship since then.
