The delay will still be there. They are patching it only for PvP instance. And "high level dungeons"

I still mantain that yes, there are a lot of (probably unsolvable, now) technical issues, but the main problem is how the fights are "tuned", i.e. based too much on razor sharp reaction times.
At the start of Cataclysm, Blizzard listened to elitists and made much more unforgiving dungeons. The slightest lag, and/or less than very good reflexes, would kill you. In few months, about one million people in 12 million unsubscribed. Blizzard was wise enough to "nerf" the dungeons before only the 500,000 (at most) elitists remained.
Sometimes, solutions are easier than they seem. They only need the right stimuli. In that case, almost a tenth of the players going was just the right stimulus for Blizz. :P

I feel for everyone who has the problems. I truly do. However, I feel that SE should attempt to fix the problem and NOT change the game.
I think the way the game currently plays is its greatest appeal. I absolutely love the constant dodging mechanics to boss battles. Every single boss battle becomes instantly exciting and requires constant focus and pure gaming skill (something sorely missing from other MMOs). This game is everything I want in an MMO and I truly hope that SE does not change it.
For those that hate this system, I wish you could experience it lag free. It's perfect how it is and it should not change. However, I feel that SE should find a way to fix the problems you are all experiencing.
I hope they get to the bottom of it. For everyone I hear who has a problem in X country or X state, you'll see people from that same state or country who can play lag free. There's obviously problems but I'm not sure what the causes are. Didn't the first group to beat Twintania have two players from New Zealand or something of the sort?

It's got to be more than just on SE though right? I mean, is there a city in the world where one person has a problem where another can't counter and say it works perfectly for them? If there is, I haven't seen it. Incompatibility with video drivers / graphic cards, ISPs, etc. can cause the problem. One day someone is going to pinpoint it; but there is rarely any discussion about it. Usually you'll just see people blaming SE without listing the ISP they use, the graphics card they use, the computer stats they use, etc.
It might be SE's fault. I'm not saying it isn't. It's just difficult to decipher the problem when someone from Australia, London, Florida, wherever complains about the lag and then someone else from the same area has absolutely no problem and has cleared coil.
