Just imagine what it would be like if XIV had the xp death penalty as XI did, die enough times and you would surely lose a level and most of your gear would be unwearable...man i can just see the rage in these forums now if it did have it. lol

ahhhh i miss the good old days of XI sometimes.

there is a difference between challenging and bs that was bs
plus if you actually think this game resembles hard atm then you are an idiot
plus you are confusing missing being challenged with nostalgia, i have been challenged in modern games too, monster hunter and dark souls are some that immediately come to mind, but they are very few and developers seem to think we are all babies that need to be coddled and im so sick of that i cant ever have a challenge anymore and it sucks.
