People have suggested putting a cap on how many can roll over. Like only up to four weeks. Should probably read the entire thread. The OP's idea with a few tweaks from other posters actually makes it a pretty decent idea.

I read the tread, does it matter? I already said even by sitting on the account for 3 months, you can still profit. Even 6 months of subscription, i will still be profiting, the account can be sold for moree than $1,000 to lazy people. This also encourages those RMT to start laying their pawn into selling characters for money. It is more harm to the game and community.
