    Triple Turn-in Trap

I’ve found that the triple turn ins are probably the most effective use of leves, HOWEVER, it’s probably faster and less expensive XP to do single turn-in leves. This might seem obvious, but it took me a while to accept it.

I’ve been leveling all DoH together, and immediately fell in love with the triple turn-in leves. Some of them are ridiculously easy and convenient… but I’ve struggled on the trade classes that don’t have easy triplers. I was literally at 99 leves, and struggling to use them all since completing one triple turn-in was taking 30 minutes (25 Arm).

It’s faster to do single turn-ins because the reward is about the same as the reward for a triple turn in, and the single turn-in item is fewer steps than the total steps for the three items. It’s less expensive because you’re getting the same reward for turning in one item that you’d be getting for turning in 3! Again, Arm is the extreme example.

So in the time I craft 9 items to do a triple turn-in I get the reward 3 times… but for single turn-in leves if I craft 9 items I’d get about the same reward NINE TIMES. Since it would also consume 9 times the leves this only works if you have leves to spare. If you're still leveling at this point I'm guessing you have leves to spare?

    Easy triple turn-ins:
CRP: walnut lumber, walnut Macuahuilti, mahogany lumber
LTW: toad, boar, peiste, raptor leathers
Alc: hi potion, horn glue, poison/para potions, lanolin
Cul: chamomile tea, cornmeal, apple juice

Not so easy triple turn ins:
WVR: Linen Hats, or Linen Tights (8 steps for 1 item)
BSM: all of them are at least 4 steps
ARM: OMG 8 steps or more per item
I could add more here for the expensive or harder to get materials like the hides, or fleece.

Looking at Wvr it was painful to see I was going to need like a million flax, which made me reconsider the conventional wisdom of doing triple turn-ins
