If they nerf Inner Beast as well, sure.

Drop Inner Beast from 20% DR to 10% DR and add 1% DR per target up to a maximum of 5% on Steel Cyclone.

As it stands PLD isn't as good as WAR. Stop trying to make them even better than they are going ot be.
