Wanderer's Palace? Really? o_0They aren't going to lag behind. I looked over the skill changes, and even with the buffs warrior is going to be only be on par with paladin. Warriors are going to stay skill based, with paladins having access to more on demand mitigation. Just because paladins aren't first pick automatically doesn't mean they're a worse choice. It'll depend on the fights. You can't say with the skill changes that warriors will be able to do speed runs of Wanderer's Palace as quickly as paladins.
Im talking about twintania here. About how a warrior will now be able to mitigate EVERY SINGLE Death Sentence while paladin cannot.

I like how you just want to be considerably better than Warrior in every way now. It's blatantly obvious that you just want to play a "Master Race" here, and care nothing about balance.
The new IB brings us up to par with your shield Oath for (At best) 12 seconds every minute, at the cost of a Damage Buff we stack. That's 20% of the time that Shield oath is ALWAYS WORKING. What is so hard to grasp about this concept?

Shield Oath's mitigation brings two things: effective HP and effective healing received.
eHP was already perfectly balanced between Shield Oath and Defiance. 20% mitigation equates to 25% eHP, same as Defiance's HP buff.
The new Defiance will make effective healing received almost balanced on its own. 20% mitigation equates to 25% eHR, new Defiance brings 20% eHR.
The new IB adds 20% mitigation (AKA eHP+eHR) for the time it's up on top of the mitigation already provided by Defiance. The new IB and Shield Oath don't really compare at all, apart from both of them having the number 20 in their tooltips.
considering twintania has been solo tanked by a pld, i dont think it matters that you cant mitigate every one.
