in all seriousness, there are some not needed buff like unchained/mercy stroke CD, but otherwise it very well thought of changes overall. It really doesnt change the meta much as pld + warr is already preferred spec in T5.
Shield Oath is an answer to Defiance not the new Inner Beast.
