In regards to quitters

Let's consider a possible future scenario:

1. OP suggests DF leaving penalty to be changed to 24 hours.
2. SE reluctantly gives in and changes penalty to 24 hours.
3. People who want to quit now go AFK or troll the dungeon until someone else takes the leaving penalty (or d/c their router. Though I'm not sure if that still gives you the penalty).
4. New thread on forums complaining about number 3.

LOL number 3 is how you get around the lock out. I didn't want to say it, But even if they did add a 24hr lock out and we force DC ourselves SE cannot add a 24hr lockout on us there are just to many connection issues that can happen for them to say "OH you 90k well you still have 24hr lockout" People would Rage so hard.

In short OP there will never ever be a 24hr lockout in a MMO for leaving a group.
