    I really think the 15min lock our isn't long enough for trolls.

    It needs to get longer every time you do it over the Weekly reset.

    Commendations.
    If I play dps I only give it out to other dps.
    If I play tank I only give it out to healers.
    If I play healer I only give it out to tank.

    Only if they should be getting a commendation.
    There are always exceptions to the rules!

    I could sign this. There are times where you have a legit reason to leave, so just slapping a 24h ban is too much. This doesn't happen a lot though, so an increasing penalty over week is totally fine in my book.
