Second the 20% decrease in healing isn't very noticeable. And swapping INT and MND may overlap the 20% problem. He makes a valid point.... perhaps the cleric stance 20% decrease allows arcanist to fully go into int and switch to MND without being OP? I don't know. I am not a number crunching type of guy.

My point is, don't bash people for doing nothing wrong or mean.
once you get past leveling all scholar gear only has mind and no intellect at all so using cleric stance would drop your mind by 100+ on top of the healing debuff. If that's not noticeable your doing something very strangely.

I'm not just outright calling him bad but cleric stance is really detrimental for healing unless your group is so overgeared for content your spending most of your time attacking anyways.
Really the only time it was a healing boost was on mages that had so much int they could turn it on and get ~500 heals vs ~300 but they took that away from damage mages before beta 4
and during leveling your stats should be close enough that the -20% healing would be much larger than any stat difference could account for
