PH benefits from 10% piercing resistance as the attack does fine potency itself. The dot is simply bonus. Fracture does auto attack damage which is why it's uselessSo moving beyond most of the nonsense in this thread -- I vehemently disagree that this rotation maximizes dps.
Phleb is a dot and thus, should be applied first as should disembowel//CT...
Once those are stacked, there's a noticeable difference...
Now I'm not knocking anyone else's rotation but, the rule of thumb seems to be: Apply dots first...
Just sayin.
