Oh, um, well I don't play dragoon, so I figured might as well try whatever rotation people are pushing.

I mean thats the whole point of the sim, to see which rotations do better.

I do its an extra DoT, but thats just me.

Tends to depend on your rotation. And even then, whether it's actually contributing enough to take up that GCD is still up for debate.

you can go Phlebotomize - Leg sweep - fracture. for me, I'll use those non-TP based skills as filler while waiting for CDs, considering the animation especially the jumps.

Nah but I do see for as much as we are called trolls, noone actually does any work to disprove these results. Yes obviously you must've found out what's really going on here, it cannot be that I've seen them parse multiple times and seen them get 300+ DPS multiple times, and then get less with the cookie cutter rotation on the parse multiple times. No, I must be defending them because I called them a she... well hey believe what you want to, whatever helps you sleep at night. It's obvious that people just refuse to believe this no matter what is said or what proof is provided.
