On-topic; Hiir has always spouted non-sense and drivel. If Thrill and Hallowed were equal, WAR wouldn't even be getting any major buff at all... But since 7 areas are being changed (I would consider this a major buff) I think the devs realize how strong Paladins are... And that WAR needs to catch up somehow.
