So really what you are saying is that healer and tank dps needs a boost so they can farm weak low mobs as fast as the fastest dps class? If your getting 1 to his 2 as a monk, the tank is probably getting 1 to his 3. That's a matter of class balance, the tank can't get 3 to his 1 in return!!

Do you understand the concept of different classes/jobs at all? Some will be better at certain things, others will be better at other things. We are not all the same, and whining because you have better dps when you can get in position but they have better dps when you can't get in position when you are talking about farming weak mobs is about as ridiculous as an argument can get.

Do you understand the concept of different roles at all? Putting them up against Healers and Tank is unfair, which I why I never did it.

AND healers do have a bit of a boost already, called Cleric Stance =)
