    Weird, I have a 2.02 gcd and twin snakes falls off just as I'm hitting it again, lag on my end?

    my debuff just replaces itself. it should fall off mathmatically though. more likely lag on my end/client not updating quickly enough showing it staying on for the .09s that it shouldnt be. numbers above are with a 2.0 GCD
