Dragoon - Blood for Blood goes on Cooldown, but I don't receive the buff.

This has happened *multiple* times in the past few weeks. It usually happens with B4B, but I've seen it happen with internal release.

The animation does NOT go off, the ability goes on cooldown, and I don't get the actual buff. I always use the buffs during my GCDs.

I've also noticed problems where my combos don't register for up to 2~3 seconds after the previous attack, usually in my True Thrust combo. It's probably because I use that combo more than the others, but still. It's annoying.

I actually thought I was "missing" trash mobs in AK. . . not possible, and I noticed Vorpal Thrust actually doing damage. The name would pop up and everything.

What's going on here? I think they're both server related, as it only started happening recently, but still. I have no problems dodging plumes, Caduceus tail swipes, ADS cannons. . . why is the only thing affected my own abilities?

I'm going to post a bug about this, but I wanna know if anyone else has this problem?

Ive had this a few times but on my summoner. I would use Enkindle and it wouldnt get used but be out on CD.

This is a bug with all off-GCD Dragoon abilities (there's an "Invigorate bugged" thread that's the same thing), we just haven't reported it yet because we cant reliably reproduce the conditions under which it occurs. I think it happens when the off-GCD activation occurs too closely to the GCD cooldown while you are spamming a regular ability. The off-GCD ability triggers, but the regular ability takes precedence and "interrupts" the application of the off-GCD ability.

I've had this too. I've also noticed that sometimes I will get the buff, only for it to disappear 3 seconds afterwards

Has never happened to my bard. More reasons to complain about the class!

Yes it happens will multiple buffs. Has this been an accepted bug yet?

Happens sometimes with Invigorate as well as Perfect Balance on my monk!

Never had it happen to BRD or DRG.
