I wish I could.. problem is I have to choice between letting my fairy embrace on its own which is slower and less efficient then myself managing it, put it on obey and react to the random eos whispering dawn load blowing or put it on steady and constantly have to put it back on steady after pretty much any action wasting time that is better used using one of my other skills.

Then I can't even macro the pet skills to streamline the process..

There's no such thing as "Micro-managing" your fairy. The most efficient way to use your fairy is to constantly hit Embrace through the entire fight in-between all your heals.
