No OP is right. You folks complained in beta against Speed Mode Dungeon in BETA. Now you have it. So let people watch there CS. Not happy ? Make a pre made group. Seriously learn to respect people around of you, there are people behind characters here, this is a not game where people will roll many alts. Think of your reputation.

Going to wager quite a bit of Gil that most people that feel really entitled for the other 7 members to wait for them to watch a cutscene would probably be the same people getting really impatient when they are doing CM for the 40th time.

You'll be having to pay up! I requested to watch the cutscenes and I'll be /sit any time someone else wants to on each and every run until they're done watching purely on principal.

Of course, I also don't plan on farming these dungeons over and over and over again... There are other places to get tomestones after all. Maybe not as quick but you'll get there eventually.

Exactly. I can't stand seeing people mewl and whine about being forced to run CM over and over for their welfare gear. Run some TWP, AV, AK, DD with friends. Don't turn it into a job to get the best shinies.
Or wait, do do that and leave the game after you've 'beat' it and leave the fun for those willing to have it, that could work too :P

I agree they should never, EVER talk down or degrade you. However, they have a right to not wait for you and to kill all the enemies / bosses (while you're watching the scene) just as much as you do to watch the scenes.

I was watching some youtube vids of various dungeons last night. There was this one, where the two dps were watching the cut scenes, but not the tank or healer. The tank pulled ... early ... in a long cut scene. LOL I give him and the healer credit, they survived for a bit before they got overwhelmed by the increasing adds. Happily, it was a formed group of friends and the two dps just laughed with them before they went on and finished the duty on the next try. A lot of folk would have been po'ed as all get out, but whatever. I don't let these things get to me when I'm personally involved. Ymmv.

Exactly! I wish people would stop projecting so much in this thread. I wanted to enjoy the cut-scenes on my first run and I would respect anyone else who I partied with in the future that wanted to do the same. It's like these kids never learned to treat other people the way that they would want to be treated.

Usually it's only 1 person watching. Heck, even 1 tank 1 dps watching a scene is usually no problem. But yeah.

I'm someone who skips cutscenes but I am always willing to wait if someone wants to watch them. However, since CM is very popular for speed runs for Philo tomes, it might be better to try and get a group of people who are doing it for the story, rather than randomly grouping up with people who are on their 45th speedrun. I know it takes way more time but if you want to enjoy the dungeon, right now its your only chance until they make AK or WP more viable for tome farming.

After doing CM just for the story. I think I'll wait until they implement some better source of tomestones for the ADHD fishes to burn themselves out on. Unless this is SE's way of getting you used to being a cog on a well oiled machine of speed-runs.. that isn't working out nicely.
