They can watch them but everyone else is free to skip them and continue on, blame SE if the cutscenes begin to overlap

True, in the same way that one is free to be an inconsiderate, selfish, self centered jerk. Yeah you're totally free to do that. By the way, did you watch the cutscenes your first time through? 99% chance you did. News flash, 'Center of the Universe', nearly every speed runner was a story watcher their first time. You're just too up your own ass, to give a shit.
Your time isn't more valuable than anyone elses. The story is there to be watched. You can watch the entire game practically on Youtube, who cares? Many want to experience as it is meant to be experienced. In the moment.
Stop acting like an entitled child, just because you may have to wait a few more minutes on your umpteenth run this week, just to get gear that will probably do you little good until the next content releases.
So you're saying that we should wait for them to stop viewing the cutscene? Yeah, no.True, in the same way that one is free to be an inconsiderate, selfish, self centered jerk. Watch your cutscenes if you want, but if you want a completely legit real experience, go make a group for it. I didn't complain the first time when I was watching the cutscenes and people were rushing, neither should you.
Bottom line, if you want to skip parts of something, its on YOU to find like minded people. Everyone else is just doing the dungeon like the developers wanted.. You didn't mind, but would you have minded if they pressured you into stopping? You don't mind losing out on fun of experiencing the dungeon? Good for you.So you're saying that we should wait for them to stop viewing the cutscene? Yeah, no.

You want to speed run? Do it on your OWN time.
But this point went over your head several times so I don't know why I'm trying to convince you now. You're using a child's logic, to justify being inconsiderate.
If I used your mentality, I can just say that if you're at end game, and don't have a regular farming group, you're doing it wrong.
I've yet to play a game where hardorce raiders/farming was done through the party finder system. If you're really serious enough to where you need to shave off seconds to minutes from dungeon running, either free up your schedule, get some friends, or join an FC.

Nope. You are not "required" to watch the cutscenes or use the DF to advance the story. Players interested in watching cutscenes are just as capable of forming their own groups, and they should because 7 players inconveniencing 1 makes whole lot more sense than 1 player inconveniencing 7.
No you're required to use the dungeon finder. Sorry I should have been more specific.
Do you understand that your entire argument is fallacy? Its always 1 selfish monster who wants to watch vs. 7 who don't.
Say, maybe those seven people should form their own party! You know, because there are oh so much more of you.
Right? I mean if you outnumber the first timers, you should have NO problem forming a like minded party...RIGHT?
You claim majority, and yet still require an automated system to get parties? Please.
Every other gaming community understands that people with specific goals should find their own group. Why can't you? New players are less likely to be able to get constant groups than end game farmers, and you KNOW IT.
When your quest tells you to use the duty finder and enter the dungeon, guess what? They're going to use it. Duty finders aren't made for farming. Thats what guilds/premades are for.

Forming a premade requires more effort and is less convenient than using the duty finder. Why should the majority of players use the less convenient method of forming a party? Using the duty finder for speedruns inconveniences the fewest number of players overall.
If all speedrunners ceased using the duty finder as you suggest, new players would be just as likely to find constant groups in the DF as they would be forming their own groups now.New players are less likely to be able to get constant groups than end game farmers, and you KNOW IT.
