Healers and Tanks will be able to take advantage of this system exclusively, if they act helpful and friendly far quicker than any DPS class that does the same exact thing. This is not a good thing. It is not as good as it sounds in theory.
If they allow pre made parties, what is to stop ppl from just bringing friends who plan to rate them up for whatever they do? Randomization is the only way to remotely assure that people cannot game the system by bringing in assured rate up party members.

I disagree that only healers/tanks can benefit. I personally find each role's contribution to be important for evaluation. Also, they can create categories according to party role. Helpful [healer, tank, dps] not just merely helpful in general. By creating categories they encourage people to evaluate all helpful roles. I look forward to seeing how it works at least.

I understand that part of it, but many systems have their flaws, that particular (and extremely likely to occur) example is one of that would definitely be a flaw and probably the main reason behind the decision not to do that. I get it.
    However..

What I am referring to when I say "Healers and Tanks will be able to take advantage of this system exclusively" is that currently (and I don't see this changing ever) Healers and Tanks can queue up with minimal to no wait time and obtain a DF group. Where as a DPS is lucky if they get a queue within 10 minutes of waiting. It can, and usually does take upwards to 20-30 minutes at times for a DPS class to join a DF group and longer still if you continually get in a queue only to have someone who queued up and got accepted drop out of the queue, therefor resetting your queue (albeit you are still at the top of the queue). I have seen this happen to myself many times and it usually occurs 2-5 times in a row before it replaces the person that is not accepting or is rejecting the queue.

In that span of time, a Healer or a Tank will have already queued up and could very well be at the end of a dungeon before a DPS even starts their run. Therefore, Healers and Tanks will gain these MVP points on a much faster scale.
