Matter of preference/opinion/whathaveyou, but in an oh shit situation I'm least likely to hit Cure and more likely to hit some sort of defensive ability. As well as offer up some sort of sacrifice to whatever digital deity that will save my rear. The amount of HP gained from the lengthy time it takes to cast for me isn't worth it when going up against the meat cleaver of whatever mob(s) I'm fighting.

Maybe it's my timing in regards to the spell, but I've yet to have a moment where I found it useful. It's not even on my hotbar. :/
