Thinking of switching to PLD...

Warriors are currently worthless. I'm rerolling pally. Sure warriors are indeed fine, but a pally can do anything they can but better.

So if a Pally can just do it all and better then where does that leave a warrior?

What game are you playing? A pally isn't as self reliant as a warrior, doesn't have nearly as much hp, can't deal as much damage, and has a harder time holding threat of multiple targets.

I think it's very short sighted to think there will be no new bosses or mechanics added to the game, ones that may have a set amount of unmitigatable damage that requires a tank that has an hp pool that a paladin just can't reach. Point is, there is no way every boss fight in this game will only require 1 tank, and the things that paladins aren't good at, warriors are. Think about how the two work together, rather than being worried you aren't in the spotlight.

Well currently, all end game content has no need for add tanking beyond anything a PLD can do, in fact all current end game content works better with a PLD than a WAR.

Also where did I mention content that's not currently out...?

As I said, "Warriors will have their day, it just not right now..."
