They said they would respond to my ticket within 48 hours. 12 days is certainly not 48 hours especially since I STILL don't have a non automated response. They stated that the issue would be resolved within two weeks so if it is not? I quit. Plain and simple.
I've still not got mine fixed either since August 29th.. I seriously hope I do not have to wait as long as you have.

Oh no, I'm agreeing with you. I'm getting kind of annoyed at hearing friends talk about what they're doing in game while I'm just sitting here for nearly two weeks trying to get this taken care of.
So, Bayohne said that the people that have this problem would have the 30 days of free trial as they moves the registration to the appropriate account,so people that have already have the problem solved, did you recover the 30 days of free trial ?, and peps always remember to check you ticket history some times you ticket just disappear :T (like mine of last week)
dunno if this has been covered, but i spent all day using chrome firefox and IE to try to get in, failed 11 times (using 3 at once) finally tried killing popup on IE (never use it) was killed on firefox and chrome, the IE finnally worked, so as a last ditch, try using IE for the chat, with popup off. Only way i got through. Good luck, Updating the game now.

You: It's an awful waste of money, and one that nobody ever gave warning that WOULD be a waste of money....
You: There has to be a way to just add time to one or the other and cancel the one that won't be used...

Finally! after almost 3 hours on the phone again I finally got through to someone. She promptly asked for my ticket number, startled that someone was on the line I quickly switched tabs and read her the code. She said it should be switched over in about 30 min and then pretty much immediately hung up, they must be so swamped with calls they're just trying to get through as quickly as possible. I'm sure if I didn't have my ticket number ready she'd have just hung up, crazy, well hopefully that settles it, I'll know in a little while! Phew.
So, they did it, switched back to service account 1, but looks like I didn't get all the items from being in FFXIV. On service account 2 it shows I have this:Other Received Bonus Items
・Onion Helm
・Helm of Light
・Baby Behemoth
・Behemoth Barding
・Coeurl Bell
・Fantasia (For Version 1.0 Players)
But now that it's moved to service account 1 I only have this:
Other Received Bonus Items
・Helm of Light

・Coeurl Bell
This happen to other people as well?
