    I have not been effected directly by this however I have been effected personally because my friend and I both pre-ordered the game with the expectations of playing together. She on PS3 and me on PC. Now I am moving forward and yet bitterly because we are unable to share the experience together. She has been on call all day long and no response. I can't share the story and therefore it makes my game play sub par to how it was intended. I know my post will be lost in all of the other thousands of posts in this thread but i felt compelled to add to it because although I am able to play I am still empathetic to the hundreds of thousands of players who are presently unable to log in and play because there was even an option to register another account. Why on earth would this be an option in the first place.

    Please take care of these PS3 users urgently, as they have been punished for being a supporter and customer of FFXIV ARR, and it is 10 days into the release of the game + 3 days of early access.

    If she is currently on hold, they will get to her eventually.

    If not, then using multiple browsers to queue up to chat right before they open or right before they close is also a very good strategy.

    She was on hold for hours this morning but had to hang up (at her job) and trying again now cant get on hold (in queue) on phone. Error 1017 on call. lol.

    I will let her know about the browser dealy Thanks so much.

    I wish I was still on hold! I was on hold this morning for a solid 2.5 hours with no progress, and had to hang up to leave work and go to lunch. Lines have had a busy signal ever since then. Like many players here I've been unable to access my account for close to 10 days, and my original ticket submitted on day 1 was deleted without reason or resolution. I can't even log into Lodestone since my service account 2 has no characters. The chat says it's currently unavailable through the support page (likely closed now until Monday).

    I feel for everyone else still in this position... Good luck!

    on my 4th try of the day, I finally got through and was awake this time!
