    That's great that you got a hold of them I try everyday and the lines are always busy. I had one day last week where I kept getting the "thank for calling SE support all agents are busy and it went on for 2 hrs never got connected. So I guess I just am not allowed to play because of the poor setup of the collectors addition registration. It had now been 2 weeks and I am not being helped. I hope everyone else is enjoying the game awesome that SE has horrible support and setups. Oh well in screwed have fun everyone who is getting to play. Take care.

    I've filled out that form 3 times now. I even called that number the other day and was on hold for 3 hours having that same stupid message play over and over again. I'm really getting pissed off since it's been an entire week of me trying to get it fixed. I've been dying to play the game and at this point I'm about ready to just return the game and say fuck playing it if it's gonna be such a pain in the ass.

    Finally got through on chat. It never worked with Chrome (popups disabled), but it worked for Firefox (popups disabled). Got a new key on the spot and am now back to playing. Hope the rest of you guys still here can get through as well!

    Oh, I'm NA PS3.

    I've still not gotten a response. I haven't been able to play the game now for over a week and am ready to give up and just forget about this game. Sad it has come to this, but I cannot even play! I refuse to pay any more money to Square.

    God this is just getting fing ridiculous. Just sat in the chat queue (again) for 2.5 hours only to get there are no agents available at this time. Many many more hours on calling queues..... Getting through to square enix is literally a freaking full time job. I really want to play the game but another part of me wants to never buy another SE product again based on principal....

    I have not been effected directly by this however I have been effected personally because my friend and I both pre-ordered the game with the expectations of playing together. She on PS3 and me on PC. Now I am moving forward and yet bitterly because we are unable to share the experience together. She has been on call all day long and no response. I can't share the story and therefore it makes my game play sub par to how it was intended. I know my post will be lost in all of the other thousands of posts in this thread but i felt compelled to add to it because although I am able to play I am still empathetic to the hundreds of thousands of players who are presently unable to log in and play because there was even an option to register another account. Why on earth would this be an option in the first place.

    Please take care of these PS3 users urgently, as they have been punished for being a supporter and customer of FFXIV ARR, and it is 10 days into the release of the game + 3 days of early access.

    If not, then using multiple browsers to queue up to chat right before they open or right before they close is also a very good strategy.

    She was on hold for hours this morning but had to hang up (at her job) and trying again now cant get on hold (in queue) on phone. Error 1017 on call. lol.

    I will let her know about the browser dealy Thanks so much.
