    While most of these suggestions are obvious to us players you guys seem to forget the one deciding factor for all these things that should be "obvious" in the game.
    We are dealing with an asian game with asian developers....I don't want to bash my brothers across the pacific but I am married to a chinese and I lived around Koreans
    for a while and have been around Japanese also and this is what it boils down too....why else do you think all this stuff passed "quality control" it's working as intended

    anyways nice suggestions and I agree with almost all of them and I could probably throw some more up there.

    Some things I've noticed while playing:

    I'd like the old functionality of the auto translate function back. If I know a phrase I should be able to type out the whole phrase and press tab to convert it to auto translate like back in 1.0 and FFXI. As it is right now, when I press tab it only recognizes the last word I typed and gives me suggestions based on that word alone rather than the whole phrase. This causes me to have to scroll through an entire list of phrases I already know in order to display the one I want in the chat log.

    Not that it's a huge deal but I'd also like a way to rearrange the order in which my characters are displayed upon log in. None of them are in the same order they were in 1.0 and I'd like the ability to move them up and down on the list based on how often I use them. As of right now my most used character is third on my list and I'd rather it be listed first. I don't want to have to delete/recreate the character as I wouldn't have access to the Gobbue mount and other items I had earned in 1.0.

    This! Forgot to mention it before, but it can be quite difficult to watch your DoTs timers as a ACN/SCH/SMN when the number of any of these class/jobs increase in the party/raid. It is especially troublesome when the difficulty/intensity of boss mechanics ramp up, or if you're attempting to optimize your 'rotation' to keep them up/refresh them as they fall off (again made harder by some boss mechanics).

    Remaining Fate time displayed on map

    The "life" bar that indicates the percentage of a Fate event remaining should be indicated on the map for people who aren't in the Fate to see the rate at which it is being defeated, this will allow players to decide if it is worth the attempt to make it to the Fate before it ends. A simple way of achieving this would be to have a second colored circle which irises open or closed (based on the percentage of completion) on top of the initial map circle that represents the Fate's boundaries.     My main gripe is tab targeting is horrible. It's making this game very frustrating. Most especially during Fates. And auto select target when you hit an offensive ability never seems to work. Also movement is rather odd and annoying as well. I typically point my camera in the direction i wish to move. Instead the game goes forward in the direction of your toons facing. This also makes it difficult to chase after mobs as your toon faces the mob but when the mob moves you're still facing north when the mob moved west for example.

    All 3 make combat in the game annoying and not very enjoyable at all.

    While this only works for the single mob you're focusing on (I think, I avoid combat stuff where possible and don't pay all that much attention, I'm a crafter/gatherer rather than a whacker), you can see your hate as compared to others in the fight.

    Next time you're in a party and are in a fight, look at the party list. Find the icons to the left of all the names and look at the bottom of those icons. Everyone with hate will have a white bar and a letter A or a number 2+. The white bar is how much the enemy is focusing on that person (the tank should have a white bar all the way across their icon) and the A/# is what rank they are on that hate list, with A being most under threat, 2 being second most hated, 3 being less hated, etc.

    Hell no, if I'm selling an item I want complete control over how much I'm selling it and for what price, no way am I going to play a game where people get the luxury of just buying a couple of my items if they choose to do so. If I put 99 of something up on the market board for a base price, I should have the full option to only sell it in bulk and nothing more. You can't walk into a store and say "Oh, I just want two pieces of bread from this loaf", you have to buy the entire thing.

    If they add an option to allow people to buy amounts off of a stack, sure, but this is a horrible idea to just give you the option with out considering the seller.

    The system in 1.xx had you choose to either sell all the items in a bunch at once or have a bunch of items that people could buy as many as they wanted. Bulk selling as an option isn't bad, it allows charging less but getting more, but I don't want it to be the only option. I hope they bring back the old system of optionally selling in bulk or selling individually without one stack of items taking up 5 retainers worth of selling slots just to cater to those who wish to buy less than 99 of something. It's also far more convenient as a buyer to buy 20 of something out of a stack by inputting the number 20 (like you would for buying things out of an NPC run store) than it is to individually go through the whole purchase process 20 times individually... 1017 isn't the only thing giving people RSI.

    I agree with everything so far but adding in the ability to more easily decipher your own dots on a target would be great.
