You can control the game entirely with keyboard. Control the camera with the arrow keys, use WSAD to move, the number pad for targeting npc's / friendlys (make sure num lock is on), 0 on the num pad for selecting menu options, TAB for enemy targeting, F1-5 to target party members, etc. There is no need for a mouse if you really don't want to. That's like trying to drive a car without a steering wheel. If there's one thing to be said about keyboard turning, it's that it is bad, very bad. Knowing that it is bad and then choosing to do it makes the person doing so bad as well.
