
I just got queued in Chat Support 9th in queue and on hold with phone support. Hope it doesn't get cancelled like always XDi agree with you neil, i do think that nareia needs to calm down and think logically about this, but at the same time, i kept reopening tickets just in case one of em got closed unexpectedly. i started with the multiples once i had heard about the ticket closures of 48 hours or more.
