    so hey, i'm going through the hoops for getting my service accounts combined (got an extra service acct when registering my copy of the game)

    status: 9am
    begin calling square enix support when the clock struck 9am (PST)
    busy tone
    tickets submitted about same issue:4

    so i finally get through to the main menu on square enix phone chat
    i'm currently on hold
    no response yet on emails

    Good luck with that. Although I do love the game, their customer service is horrible, as is their website.

    Ehm..well...do you really thinking opening four tickets for the same issue will make it faster? Imagine 10.000 ppl like you doing the same....wtf. Their customer service is not bad,they are overwhelmed by the unexpected amount of issues.

    thoughts: this dude's voice on the phone line is starting to get annoying... it'd be cool if vegeta from teamfourstar's dbz: abridged series was there in place of this guy (www.teamfourstar.com)
