I really hope that SE takes a page out of ActiBlizz's book and realizes how important good Customer Service is to the success of an MMO. I know for a fact I would have quit WoW a heck of a lot sooner had Blizz's Customer Service not been able to resolve my issues within hours [or sometimes minutes] after getting ahold of them. Sure, they've put me on hold before, but Blizz would always come through.
