Honestly I think it depends if the music is for goobbue is only for the goobbue. If it currently is and they plan to keep it that way, then they will probably bring it back one day. If there are other mounts with the music then I don't think they will give it to them. It is kind of like saying, will the legacy chocobo ever be given to new ARR players.
