    GM response from RMT reports today

    I reported a few gold sellers and eventually got this reply a few hours later

    "Hello and thank you for your GM call. We understand the serious nature of these
    RMT advertisements and we apologize for the disruption this has caused. We appreciate your bringing this to our attention, and we will conduct an immediate investigation based upon your report. However, we will not be able to inform you of the actions we take against other subscribers due to our privacy policy. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this matter. You are welcome to contact us again if you have any additional concerns. Thank you for your patience, and best wishes to you.
    FINAL FANTASY XIV Game Master Team"

    So guys they're reading our reports and doing something about it +1 SE glad to see yall are on the ball for this issue.

    Read today that something like 400+ accounts got banned.

    the same post said "do not reply to gil sellers" so if you think they aren't paying attention to the people giving these people money, you are wrong.

    Problem is that with the lv 50 gil deficit issue, more RMTs will show up and will seem all the more tempting as time goes on.

    Really? Could you send me a link? This is a big problem for me and I want to make sure that they're serious about this. I don't want to pay $12 a month and still see those people everywhere ruining game's economy.
