You appear to be confusing fact with opinion.

You don't feel it will do any harm. Others disagree. Personally, I feel it would harm the trust between the developers and the community if they state something will be a one-time only offer then offer it again. There are those that may have subbed that month specifically to get the item. I actually know a couple that did.

If they can't trust that this will be one-time only, how about legacy benefits, could we then trust that they won't be given away again?

Or the CE items that people paid for a digital upgrade to, could we trust that they won't be made available in the near future for free too?

Offering perks that were specifically stated as a one-off, limited time deal a second time is a damaging precedent to set.

why should they re-release a 1.0 exclusive on 2.0? its a reward for those who played during that time, if u want the goobbue that badly why dont u play during 1.0 when the quest to obtain it is on?

I dont think this should be possible.
I have my mount on the character I played with at the time when gobbue mount was available but dont have it on my current main which I will play for the rest of the times. I don't mind it one bit.

Plus Goobbues are way too big in my opinnion anywa (so pls stop AFKing in awkward places with them people!!!)

Sure they can allow people to have the mount - but those people sign a contract, and then their character is transferred to a V1 server for 3 months. Hell if you play through that, they should let you have legacy status too.

Just being facetious (somewhat), but I agree with what Aegis has been saying. It kinda sets a double standard when we expect SE to be transparent and honest with us in all things....except when it benefits us.

I dont care if its the goobbue mount or a dragon mount but I wish all the class's had a special mount like conjurers unicorn mount that you get when finishing the class quests. They could re-use the goobbue mount for archers class quest end reward or something :P
