    this is all that we need to know. Now wait for it to be fixed or get a refund. these posts are useless. This is technical support not QQgeneral.
    Tell me , how is a post from August 29 helping us with a new problem we just got this morning ? Please read the post before replying stupid stuff like that. And once again , this is thread is about SE communicating quickly their JP issues but ignoring the NA/EU issues. Also even if customer support in the US/Canada are not working , there's still plenty of people working and we got the news from the JP server in English , i am sure we can get some news about our problems on the NA/EU servers.
