    SE has made it clear by now that NA/EU players come second. It was made clear when they announced that they will fix our servers but after they fix the JP server log in problems. A week in and already it looks like our problems will always come second.

    Also as far as its labor day so SE NA is off is a load of crap. Saying wow our game is broken but oh well lets take a 3 day weekend is basically saying we don't care about you so keep paying us. I don't know for sure if they are off or not but if they are that is beyond disrespectful. It is one thing for the customer service call center to be down, their hours are terrible to begin with, but it would be another for the dev team working on the fix to be off.

    So you want ANOTHER 7 days on top of the 37 days we already have? Why should we get that? If you look at a lot of peoples character levels you'll see that most of us are in our 30s.... we don't need an extra week, why don't you just go play another game or something and stop damn complaining about not being able to get on, you will be able to play eventually. I think you'll find that SE are in fact a great company, a lot of people wanted a new online FF game, they gave one, they just didn't expect it to be as big as a hit as it is, so why don't you just calm down and just be patient.... or is that too hard for you to do

    The only useless poster here is you. Announcing issues does not justify problems like this. This is a broken product that is currently being advertised on national TV. People have the right to be as upset as they want, and truly there would be something wrong if people WEREN'T posting their frustration. This shouldn't be accepted as OK and shouldn't be ignored just because they post the problems and say they'll fix it eventually. Look at your posting history, you literally spent the entire day defending a broken product to people that have a legitimate reason to be upset. The only useless poster here is you, wasting his time telling other people how they should feel.

    Support should be 24/7 on the clock. These hours are silly.

    Thank you for understanding the meaning of this thread. Also i don;t think everyone is off , there's some employees taking care of the server it would be really absurd to leave the servers without surveillance. I would just like to be told when there's an error on their end , like they do with the JP servers. Instead we are here waiting , posting our errors and bug trying to find the answers when we all know no one have them right now , not until SE themself post something about it.

    In my opinion, it's because Japan doesn't have the hooplah that is Labor Day weekend. American workers for SE North America get a short vacation. It's bad timing really, but it is utterly stupid that SE has given us almost zero communication.

    They made an announcement the other day that the NA team would be taking labor day off.

    These aren't the IT people--they are in Canada. The people who are off are the guys that manage reports and such---the liasons between us and the various departments at SE (accounting, IT, Development, etc.). Basically, we don't have our normal ear/voice to SE right now--all we have is the forums at the moment. It's the same as every weekend--they are not open on Sat/Sun. The best we can do is submit an email through the portal or post details here.

    Unfortunately, those channels have even longer delays for response time.

    I understand if they are off due to holiday , communication is my problem. Where is the announcement/news/thread telling us there will be 0 support at all anywhere for the NA/EU Forums/Game ? No where. Where's the news about the tons of errors we get since this morning with the huge latency problem and the lobby/launcher error ? No where. Like you said we received almost 0 communication and THAT'S my problem , not the errors. Errors happen it's not under their control , communication on the other hand is under their control.
