Why are delusional time-wasters like you even in the forums? What's the purpose of you even responding other than trolling people that are legitimately upset at a clear failure of a launch?

You'd think this is the first time an MMO has ever been released. I mean how could SE predict server problems or any problems what so ever.
There is no way to easily redirect traffic to reserve servers or set up servers to compensate if few of them become over loaded. And talks of Virtual Servers is like living in year 3000.
Oh wait all of this stuff can be done but SE are being sloppy and have decided to release a game which isn't in working order.
No matter how many apologies SE make or how many announcements SE make about maintenance. This isn't the first MMO to be released for a company to not be able to set up redundancies.
To be honest, SE NA is OFF today, it's a national holiday. SE takes good care of their supporters, we've already been promised a week extention on free time. Go find a new hobby and get off your butt.

They have announced that they know we are having issues that they are sorry and that they are working on them. We do not need to be told daily that yes we are still aware of hte issues and yes we are still fixing them.I always supported SE since the beginning of the launch/EA through all the errors , i do understand games can be buggy and i understand they could not anticipate the numbers of players that would return or buy the game when it launched but there's one thing that bothers me...
For 2-3 days now more and more people are getting huge lag spikes followed most of the time by a disconnect from the server with the Error 90000 , most of the people started having even more problem since around 1:00 am this morning , multiple post were made here in the Technical Support to have an answer to that and almost 10 hours after this issue have become even worst to a point where people log in and get disconnected 1 or 2 minutes after being logged in , we still have no news about this issue anywhere from SE.
Also this morning since maybe 7 or 8 am EST time we started getting lobby error , again there is multiple threads about this issue right now and just like the other problem if you really look at the forum you can't miss it.
So right now we have a group of errors mixing together and if you add the World Full (1017) error well your chance to log in are practically nonexistent.
But this is not where i think SE is being disrespectful , where i think the line have been cross is today , at 5:49 am when SE announced this news here : http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...82b633c56153a4
If you read it you will see it's an announcement telling us that the JP servers are having issues logging in the game and the matter is being addressed right now.
The rest of the world is having huge latency/disconnections problems for days and it's been worst and worst since this morning and we have yet to hear from SE about it , we are experiencing errors with the launcher and the lobby servers for 3 to 4 hours now and still nothing from SE on that matter also.
That's where i find it disrespectful.
This is not a thread to complain about the errors themselves but about the customer service and the feedback we receive from them as a NA/EU player compared to the JP players.
Anyone else think the same thing ?

S E is an oriental company, this is what they do, milk money and not care about it.
I want either a week free or my money back. Have not been able to play this game at all, look at my char level.

And those suggesting we log into different servers in the mean time. Can you explain how we should go about doing this when we cannot create new characters?

The JP community team is working today... the NA/EU team is not--because of Labor Day.
Anyuhoo... submitted a report through the portal anyway, just in case there actually is some poor lackey there to sweep the floors that happens to know his way throuigh the system and can pass it on to T3 support. .158 server seems to be flakey again.
