So I didn't want to wait so I started a character on a JP server on my Service Account 2. Already at lvl 15 (My main on SA1 was lvl 16). Anyone know if they fix my issue, will they merge the two accounts so all characters are on 1 account?

So is there anyone here who didn't call or chatted live that got their ticket/issue fixed??? For now I haven't tried live chat nor calling and I'm just patiently waiting for my ticket to be resolved by itself. If there's no case then I probably should start calling or using live chat soon.

They won't, you'll have to server transfer if you want them together when the option comes available.
Lol, I got an Error 90000 in the middle of nowhere just before my Early access service account became invalid, and I couldn't log back on becasue the servers were full.
I won't even have the luxury of a rested bonus when and if this ever gets sorted.
it's so miserable, that it's funny in a way.
That's if I ever switch the game on again...

I'm from the EU and I've made a ticket 6 days ago, phoned 2 days ago and been in the live chat for 8 hours with no resolution.To be clear the people who have reported it was fixed within 24 hours have predominantly, if not elusively, been EU. Also when I discussed the ticket being closed with a Rep, I was informed that the ticket was closed because it had been escalated and accepted by another department. I am choosing to believe that right now because it allows me not to drink.
I dont think anybody did. It seems like there was some misinformation from the EU branch saying that the NA team would have live chat support today. Its kinda bothersome that they say they will be open on the weekend but really arent though. Can any SE rep comment on this?
It's kinda hollow, being able to play again, but not being able to log in. Fuggit, I'm drinking. Seriat, this one's for you!
